Before we went on our three-day trip to Singapore, my boss recommended that we try out Din Tai Fung, an award-winning restaurant which originated in Taiwan. We were supposed to have dinner at their branch in Marina Bay Sands on our first day, but it was completely full. On our second day which we spent at Universal Studios Singapore, we had another chance to try out their branch at Sentosa.
We had Xiao Long Bao (small steamed buns), Dan Dan Noodles and Pork Dumplings. For drinks, I had Cool Red Dates Longan drink and Mike had jasmine tea.

Everything was delicious, but nothing bested the xiao long bao which we crave to this day.
